Choose baked or broiled over fried and greasy. easy on fried eggs, bacon,
cheese takes too long time to digest for game days. slice or two of pizza
is okay(not meat lovers though). Sherbet is good on game day ice cream is
not.
After the games sodas can be drank, eat a decent meal and get plenty of
fluids.
